Privacy policy

Last updated June 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We only ever collect what we need to run the shop and serve you well.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how the site is used, to help us improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to provide customer support, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional updates and screen-free play ideas.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies

Some storage is strictly necessary and is always on: keeping items in your bag, remembering your wishlist, and keeping you signed in if you have an account. UK law does not require consent for these, because the shop cannot work without them.

Anything else — analytics, and advertising cookies — is off until you turn it on. We ask once, through the banner, and nothing is set before you answer. Rejecting them changes nothing about how the site works for you.

You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, and we ask again after six months. We also honour Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

If you accept analytics, we load two tools and neither runs before then. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and tells us which pages are useful; we ask Google to shorten your IP address. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including a replay of mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, so we can see where the site is confusing.

Because Clarity records sessions, we deliberately exclude every page that carries your personal details. Checkout, your account, your saved addresses and your order confirmations are all masked, so your name, your address, your order contents and anything you type into a form are never captured. Both providers act as our processors, and neither is used to identify you personally.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@yogime.co.uk.

Data retention & security

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. All data is stored securely with reputable providers and transmitted over encrypted connections.
